As a wife, mother, grandmother, business owner, and guide. I don’t push for change. I create spaces of safety and presence, where your body can soften, your patterns can unwind, and your own wisdom can lead.
I guide others back to themselves and in that remembering, we don’t just heal individually… we participate in something much greater. Each of us willing to do this work supports the evolution of how we live, love, and belong together.

An immersive private sound experience using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, and voice. Includes 60 minutes of active sound immersion and 30 minutes of integration. Bring water and a journal — everything else is provided.
