Sound Healing
& Sonic Alchemy
The title Sonic Alchemist was given to me by a participant after a sound healing session. It wasn't a term I had sought out, yet when I heard it, something within me recognized it. It felt like stepping through a threshold and into a deeper understanding of the work I had been called to do.
My relationship with sound healing began during my own cancer journey. Through that experience, I discovered firsthand the profound impact that vibration and frequency can have on the body, mind, and spirit. I emerged with a clear knowing that vibrational medicine would become an essential part of my work.
As a Sonic Alchemist, I work with sound as a bridge between what is visible and what is unseen. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, voice, and other instruments, I create experiences that invite the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to remember its natural capacity for balance and healing.
What I love most about sound is that it does not require us to figure anything out. We do not need the right words, beliefs, or understanding. The frequencies meet us exactly where we are. They move through matter and energy, supporting harmony where there has been tension, contraction, or disconnection.
My sound baths are invitations into deep rest, presence, and possibility. I also weave sound into bodywork, breathwork, meditation, and quantum healing experiences because I have witnessed how powerfully it supports transformation. Rather than directing the journey, I create the conditions for each person to receive exactly what is needed in that moment.
I approach sound as sacred medicine and a profound expression of healing intelligence. My role is not to determine what healing should look like, but to open a field where the wisdom of the body, the frequencies, and the soul can work together in service of the highest good.
In this way, sound becomes more than something we hear. It becomes something we experience, embody, and remember.
